The 5-Week Pathway

Week 1 — Stabilise & Safety Map:
Build your Daily Calm Plan and map your nervous system. Learn fast resets for spirals, the traffic‑light + gauge check‑in, and start collecting glimmers of safety.
Deliverables: Calm Plan, trigger list, regulation tools.

Week 2 — See It Clearly & Stop the FOG:
Maternal narcissism 101. Gaslighting, guilt, obligation. Acceptance without self‑blame. Name the patterns so your body can stop bracing.
Deliverables: Clarity lines, self‑validation script, red‑flags checklist, contact continuum overview.

Week 3 — Boundaries That Hold (Scripts + Rehearsals):
Your non‑negotiables. Scripts for real scenarios (calls, holidays, drop‑ins). How to handle pushback, protests, triangulation and smear. Grey rock done properly. No JADE.
Deliverables: Boundary Bank (copy‑paste scripts), escalation ladder, Event Playbook v1.

Week 4 — Parts Work & Somatic Release:
Meet the parts that still carry the weight (IFS‑informed). Gentle re‑parenting and Brainspotting‑informed releases to unhook old triggers. Vagal toning, shake & settle, orienting. Rewrite the “I’m a disappointment” loop.
Deliverables: Re‑parenting plan, Emergency Kit for flare‑ups, Meet Your Inner Child.

Week 5 — Integration & Future Plan:
Design your contact plan (low/no). Finalise your Holiday & Event Playbook. Relapse‑prevention and after‑care routines. Support map, metrics, and next‑90‑days actions so this becomes your new normal.
Deliverables: Personal Contact Plan, Event Playbook v2, After‑Care checklist, Commitment letter.

Each week includes:
